Course Description

For Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Senior Members of Staff who want to gain a greater understanding of what is required by Managers to support employees with mental health problems in the workplace.

Course Units/Modules

• The principles of mental health
• Recognising mental ill health in self and others
• Supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace
• Understanding how to engage in mental health conversations in the workplace
• How to support employees in relation to their mental health
• Ways to manage own wellbeing

Assessment type

This qualification is assessed by 2x multiple choice examinations

Face to face training at Rothwell Centre, Leeds, LS26 0AG (parking available around the building and EV Charging points)
